As part of the founding team, you'll play a vital role in launching the club, generating membership sales before opening and delivering an outstanding member experience once the doors open. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and wants to make a real impact from day one.

Your Role
As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, supporting marketing initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service throughout both the pre-opening launch phase and the ongoing success of the club.
Pre-Opening
Generate membership leads through local outreach, networking and community engagement.
Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Build relationships with local businesses and corporate partners.
Manage membership enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face conversations.
Convert prospects into members and contribute to ambitious pre-opening sales targets.
Help create excitement and awareness within the local community ahead of launch.
Post-Opening
Continue driving membership sales and retention.
Deliver a welcoming, engaging member experience.
Conduct club tours and gym inductions.
Build strong relationships with members to increase retention and referrals.
Support marketing campaigns, community outreach and member events.
Maintain accurate sales and member records within the CRM system.
Help ensure the club remains clean, safe and member-ready at all times.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience, ideally within fitness, leisure, fundraising or direct sales.
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (preferred but not essential).
A confident, energetic and engaging personality.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with a resilient and positive attitude.
A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others succeed.
Reliable, professional and committed to maintaining high standards.
