Member Technical Staff-BSP

Your Role
BSP & Low-Level Development
- Develop, enhance, and maintain BSPs for VxWorks and HVP across multiple SoCs (Arm/Intel/PowerPC).
- Implement and optimize low-level drivers for peripherals such as PCIe, Ethernet, GPIO, UART, USB, storage interfaces, timers, and DMA.
- Perform platform bring-up including bootloader configuration, MMU setup, cache architecture, interrupt controllers, and system initialization.
Technical Ownership
- Serve as a technical expert for BSP sub-systems and lead complex debugging involving hardware, firmware, and OS interactions.
- Drive performance, determinism, and reliability improvements across BSP components.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Architect, system engineering, and support teams to analyse requirements and define technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Support customer escalations as a deep technical specialist.
Quality, Certification & Process
- Contribute to certification-ready designs aligned with safety standards (DO‑178C, IEC 61508, ISO 26262).
- Ensure compliance with coding standards such as MISRA C and CERT.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and continuous integration efforts to ensure robust, maintainable code.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to design and process improvements within the BSP Factory.
- Identify opportunities for reusability, standardization, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.

- Strong embedded systems fundamentals and hands-on ability to solve deep technical issues.

- Ability to translate complex SoC requirements into clean, maintainable BSP architectures.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
