
Member Support Specialist
Starting Pay: $19.37/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Base Location: Commerce Drive Branch
Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional pay.

About the Role
As a Member Support Specialist, you are the welcoming presence that sets the tone for every member’s experience. You’re often the first point of connection—greeting members, guiding them through their visit, and making sure they feel seen, supported, and confident from the moment they walk in.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, values meaningful interactions, and takes pride in creating smooth, positive experiences.
