Southeast Territory Manager – Member Success
Incite Strategic Partners
The Southeast Territory Manager – Member Success is responsible for driving member engagement, strategic growth, and program optimization across a portfolio of Incite members throughout the Southeast region. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, this role supports members in maximizing the value of their Incite partnership through procurement strategy, operational alignment, vendor engagement, and ongoing business optimization.
This is a highly relationship-driven role focused on delivering an exceptional member experience while supporting contract compliance, savings opportunities, operational efficiencies, and long-term member success. The Territory Manager serves as the primary liaison between Incite members, supplier partners, and internal Incite teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable results.
While the role spans both food and non-food procurement categories, there is a strong emphasis on dining and foodservice operations within senior living and healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Member Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned member accounts throughout the Southeast territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of member operations, goals, challenges, and procurement strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering customized solutions, operational guidance, and procurement recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, dining teams, procurement leaders, and operational stakeholders.
Business Reviews & Procurement Strategy
- Schedule and lead strategic Business Reviews focused on:
- Contract utilization
- Spend trends
- Savings opportunities
- Vendor performance
- Operational alignment
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to identify opportunities and support member decision-making.
- Present actionable recommendations that improve compliance, operational efficiency, and overall member value.
- Support order guide optimization and purchasing strategies aligned with Incite programs.
Vendor & Program Management
- Collaborate closely with Incite business partners and vendors to:
- Improve member experience
- Resolve service concerns
- Drive contract compliance
- Identify growth opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate concerns as needed to ensure member satisfaction.
- Support implementation and expansion of Incite programs within assigned accounts.
Member Onboarding & Implementation
- Partner with Business Development, Operations, and vendor teams to support seamless onboarding experiences.
- Coordinate supplier setup, procurement system alignment, and member education during implementation.
- Ensure new members successfully transition into Incite programs with minimal disruption.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize Power BI and Incite reporting tools to:
- Analyze purchasing behavior
- Identify trends and opportunities
- Support strategic recommendations
- Demonstrate member value
- Translate complex data into clear, member-friendly insights and recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate internally with:
- Business Development
- Operations
- Business Partner Development
- Marketing
- Analytics
- Support company initiatives, strategic growth opportunities, and member engagement efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in:
- Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO)
- Foodservice Distribution
- Strategic Sales
- Procurement
- Account Management
- Customer Success
- Experience managing multi-site or national accounts preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage complex operational environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in:

Travel Requirements
- Regular travel throughout the Southeast territory required
- Occasional national travel for member meetings, conferences, and company events
