About the role
Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development.
Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.
Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering supportive, high-quality conversations with members.
Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.
Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success.
Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards
This is a fulltime permanent position working 8 hours in length between Monday-Friday: 6am-10.30pm, Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm.
About you
We’re looking for adaptable customer service professionals who bring:
Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members
Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations
Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where applicable
