This is not your typical “Call Center” job. As a Member Services Specialist you will be joining a dynamic team focused on providing Credit Union members with unparalleled service experience. On the Member Engagement Team you will collaborate with multiple business units to achieve success for our members. You will serve as a point person for member service through inbound and outbound calls and written communication. You will be working closely with the Member Engagement Supervisor to find appropriate solutions to member needs.

A day in the life of a Member Services Specialist will include:
Our ideal candidate will have one to three years of banking and/or call center experience with cash handling, customer service experience, strong verbal communication, and understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality, privacy and professionalism as a front-line representative of our institution.

Pay: $42,612 - $49,500 annually depending on experience and qualifications
