Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated, hospitality-driven Member Services Representative & Wellness Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our wellness suite, overseeing our wellness experience from start to finish. You’ll ensure the space is immaculate, the technology runs smoothly, and every guest feels cared for and welcomed.

Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management & Guest Experience: Wellness Assistants are instrumental in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all guests. This involves meticulously maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our spaces, ensuring they are properly set up and sanitized before and after each service. They are also responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to facility operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.

  • Provide personalized client support by monitoring participant adherence to guidelines and ensure safety during activities.

  • Assist with additional duties to ensure smooth daily operations and support the implementation of incentive and health promotion initiatives to drive program engagement. ​

  • Assist and respond to client issues and inquiries.

  • Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience resulting in repeat participation.

  • Provide troubleshooting for onsite equipment.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a hospitality based role.

  • A dynamic personality: enthusiastic, energetic, friendly & personable.

  • The ability to multi-task; goal-oriented and self-directed.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an outgoing personality, strong customer service abilities, and a talent for building rapport and lasting client relationships are essential for motivating and supporting individuals.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position starts at $25.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty certifications, and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
