About the Role
This isn’t your typical desk job. As a Member Services Representative (MSR), you are the face of CAA Niagara — the first and lasting impression for our members, whether they walk through our doors or call us on the phone.

This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced position where no two days look the same. You’ll wear many hats — from sales advisor and customer support specialist to travel insurance consultant — all while staying on the move and adapting to meet the needs of the day. Your ability to connect, adapt, and create exceptional experiences is what makes you a standout.

The hourly wage for this role is $19.74.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent CAA Niagara with professionalism and pride as a brand ambassador.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, building trust and loyalty with members.
• Assist members with a variety of services, including membership, insurance, travel programs, and savings initiatives.
• Flexibly move between tasks, roles, and locations based on daily operational needs.
• Provide accurate, helpful, and timely information to ensure every member leaves with value.

Qualifications & Skills
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and other digital tools
• Excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
• Outgoing, dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
• Able to thrive in a busy, fast-changing work environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends

Education & Experience
• Secondary School Diploma preferred
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles
• Previous experience in a multi-tasking or fast-paced environment considered an asset

Working Conditions
• Standard office environment with frequent computer use and digital systems
• Occasional work outside regular business hours may be required to meet operational or business needs
