About the role and Team:

The Member Services function is responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience to Herbalife Members and Customers across all channels. The team focuses on customer centricity, service excellence, and supporting business growth through education, engagement, and efficient service delivery. Key priorities include improving member experience, driving service level performance (FCR, response times, satisfaction), supporting regional/EMEA initiatives, and leading projects related to process improvements, digital support tools, and campaign execution (e.g. upsell/cross-sell programs, UAT rollouts, and training initiatives).

We are looking for a customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our Netherlands team within the Krakow GBS organisation. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional “WOW” experience to our Members, ensuring every interaction adds value and supports their success. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on service excellence, engagement, and supporting business growth through coaching, education, and proactive communication.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across all channels (calls, email, and online support)
  • Act as the first point of contact, resolving Member queries efficiently and professionally
  • Support Members through coaching, education, and proactive engagement
  • Process orders and back-office activities accurately and in line with service level agreements
  • Contribute to achieving team targets such as service level, first call resolution, and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless Member experience
  • Support Sales & Marketing initiatives and regional business goals through value-add interactions
  • Participate in projects, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Our requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and local language; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
