Member Services Coordinator

The Member Services Coordinator manages the member management software system for the Department of Recreational Sports, including training student employees throughout all facilities and general setup and administration; act as department liaison to Student Life Information and Technology regarding system updates and maintenance; directly leads a team of 125 student employees and two graduate assistants in Member Services at the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC); works closely with Staff Training and Development Coordinator to create customer service training.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Member Management Software used for Collegiate Recreation.
2 years GA experience or one year professional staff experience.
