Pay Range: $16.91 - $19.45

Role:

With a strong focus on elections, enhanced tribal cards, and internal audits this role provides enrollment, burial, and VSP services to all members of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. Provides verification of membership including ICWA inquiries and dual enrollment verification as requested by agencies while adhering to the Tribal Constitution, Election Ordinance and Enrollment Ordinance. This role assists the Member Services Manager with all election duties. Must be an enrolled PBPN Tribal Member.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: Six months to two years of applicable experience in administration/clerical duties. To include answering phones, filing, managing spreadsheets, managing records, word processing, scheduling, greeting customers, and basic computer skills. Must be an enrolled PBPN Tribal Member.

Education: High School Diploma/GED
