Location: Charleston SC (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Salary: $53,000 annually + overtime eligibility

This company is seeking service-driven professionals to join our Member Experience organization in one of two customer-facing career paths:
Member Services Representative focused on high-volume member support and servicing needs.
Associate Member Advocate focused on first notice of loss and claims intake support.

Serve as a trusted first point of contact for PURE members.
Deliver exceptional white-glove service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Build strong relationships through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
Accurately document conversations and complete follow-up activities.
Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing member interactions.
Resolve member concerns efficiently while maintaining a high-quality experience.
Adapt to evolving processes, procedures, and business needs.
Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders to ensure outstanding member outcomes.
Role Distinctions
Member Services Representative
Primary Focus: Ongoing member support and service requests
Handle incoming member inquiries and service-related requests.
Resolve questions and concerns from members and agents.
Provide accurate information regarding policies, coverage, and account-related needs.
Manage a high volume of daily interactions while maintaining personalized service.
Ensure requests are handled from initial contact through resolution.
Approximately 3040 inbound member interactions per day
Fast-paced environment with consistent call volume
Focus on efficiency, responsiveness, and service excellence
Non-scripted conversations that require problem solving and relationship-building skills
Associate Member Advocate (Claims Intake)
Primary Focus: First Notice of Loss and claims support
Serve as the first point of contact when members report a claim.
Gather information and complete claims intake documentation.
Guide members through the early stages of the claims process.
Handle follow-up activities related to auto glass and tow claims.
Assist with claim setup, coverage application, reserve establishment, and claim progression.
Provide reassurance and support during stressful situations.
Approximately 1020 inbound claim-related interactions per day
Longer, more detailed conversations requiring empathy and attention to detail
Focus on quality, accuracy, and member advocacy
Extensive training provided, including licensing and claims education

Scottsdale
Initial training schedule: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Post-training schedule may include shifts as late as 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Candidates should be flexible regarding scheduling needs.

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
