The bigger picture

We are looking for a dynamic, reliable Member Service Representative II - Contact Centre. This opportunity is available on a temporary full-time basis. As a Member Service Representative II, you are the first point of contact for our members, supporting them through meaningful conversations, offering tailored financial solutions, and helping them reach their goals.

Our Contact Centre's core business hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

This opportunity is available to all Conexus locations, depending on space availability.

How you’ll be spending your time

  • Taking incoming calls from members, building solid relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner, who proactively uncovers and identifies member needs through meaningful conversation
  • Assisting members with their everyday account related activities and providing financial services advice and solutions to meet their needs
  • Handling a variety of non-cash services like opening memberships, deposit accounts, RRSP's and TFSA's, all while using your communication skills across phone, email and chat.
  • Helping to educate our members on the value of our products and services by providing the most up-to-date and relevant financial information available
  • Growing and adapting your skills and knowledge in order to consistently perform with confidence

The experience you bring

  • Experience working in the financial industry is considered an asset
  • 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role
  • Experience in a call centre environment is considered an asset
  • Experience working within DNA core banking system

Salary Range:

$47,146.84 - $58,934.10 with 7% Short Term Incentive Target
