As a Member Service Representative, you will be the face of our credit union, building connections with our members and ensuring they receive personalized assistance to meet their financial needs. You'll be in direct contact with the members assisting on a variety of transactions ranging from opening accounts to applying for loans.
CoVantage invests in our team members! The pay for this role is $19.00-$27.36 per hour. Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications. You’ll also be eligible for the equivalent of an additional $16.00 per hour in benefits. Benefits include a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, and paid time off for community service.
Job Duties
This individual will work a varied schedule including working multiple Saturdays per month.

Employees are eligible for bonus pay of 4% or more per year based on role. The bonus is based on wages paid from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 of the previous year. The percentage received is based on the overall financial performance of CoVantage and individual employee performance.
