Premier Cooperative is seeking a dependable and customer‑focused Member Service Representative (MSR) to support our Agronomy, Grain, and Feed operations. This role serves as a key connection between our members, sales team, and operations staff by assisting with orders, coordination, documentation, and customer service.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast‑paced environment, and has an interest in agriculture.
What You’ll Do
- Assist members in person and by phone with agronomy, grain, and feed needs
- Take and process orders accurately for feed, agronomy products, and services
- Prepare tickets, work orders, scale tickets, and other required documentation
- Support grain activities such as scale operations, testing, and recordkeeping
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Communicate customer concerns, questions, or issues promptly to management
- Promote cooperative programs, services, and a positive member experience

What We’re Looking For
- Agriculture, grain, agronomy, or feed experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work well with a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
Work Environment & Expectations
- Combination of office, scale, warehouse, and outdoor work environments
- Exposure to dust, noise, and seasonal weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work extended or flexible hours during peak seasons
