Member Service Associate (Part-Time)

Are you friendly, energetic, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience for others? Join the YMCA team as a Member Service Associate and become the first smile our members see when they walk through the door!

What You'll Do

• Greet members and guests with exceptional customer service
• Answer phones and assist with member inquiries
• Process memberships, program registrations, and payments
• Give facility tours and help connect people to YMCA programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Support daily operations and help create a positive member experience
