There are two schedules available, both have the possibility of being remote after mandatory in-office training:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, as well as Saturday 8:45am - 2:00pm
Monday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm, as well as Saturday 8:45am - 2:00pm
The Member Service Agent provides service to members of the credit union by processing their financial transactions and educating them on credit union products and services over the phone and via email and other electronic correspondence.
