Our Colonie, NY financial center is hiring!
Business Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9am – 4:30pm, Wednesday 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Employees are scheduled 36-40 hours per week with rotating Saturdays off. Actual shift may vary based on opening/closing/balancing needs.
Starting pay, $22-24/hr based on experience.
Deliver legendary service by warmly welcoming members to the financial center, sharing information about Sunmark’s products and services, and helping members confidently use available credit union technology, including Interactive Teller Machines. You will provide advanced guidance on consumer accounts, including IRAs, trusts, estates, and business accounts; research and resolve member questions, concerns, and complaints; and support management in maintaining Sunmark’s culture while achieving department sales goals.
Candidates should have a high school graduate/equivalent or higher with a minimum of one year sales/customer service experience. Prior banking experience preferred. Ability to meet sales goals, strong attention to detail and communicate effectively. Computer proficiency within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Must be able to obtain and maintain NMLS registration within the required training period. Achieve and maintain designation as a Notary Public to provide notary services as requested.
