INTRODUCTION

NYNN is a series of inspiring places for inspiring people. We handcraft unique environments and experiences, from members’ clubs to resort hotels, to entertainment gastronomies and more. NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.

Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. A rich calendar of events, experiences, and entertainment that cuts through the noise, bring together a community that moves with intention.

As a Member Relations Coordinator at House of NYNN, you’ll be both the first impression and a familiar, reassuring presence - helping set the tone from the moment someone walks through our doors.

With your calm confidence, clear communication, and thoughtful approach to hospitality, you know how to make every interaction feel considered. You’re detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and always ready to support - ensuring every member feels looked after, respected, and at home.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Member Relations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience - blending service with intuition and coordination. Your role is key to keeping the energy flowing and the experience seamless, from welcome to farewell.

Member Experience & Service

  • Greet members and their guests with warmth and professionalism, managing entry, check-ins, and guest verifications with ease.
  • Be a trusted point of contact - answering questions, fulfilling requests, and offering guidance on House of NYNN programming, amenities, and spaces.
  • Handle feedback and concerns gracefully, while keeping our member database up-to-date with relevant notes and insights.

Communication & Coordination

  • Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, with clarity and courtesy.
  • Provide clear direction to members and guests, ensuring they feel informed and taken care of.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, joined-up experience across departments.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Monitor reservations and bookings, ensuring every detail is accurate and well-coordinated.
  • Handle day-to-day admin - from data entry to record-keeping - with diligence and care.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Fluent command of English and Greek
  • A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or similar - but we care more about your experience and ideas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
