What You Will Do

• Design and implement full-stack applications using Python, TypeScript, and NodeJS to enhance the company's platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases for efficient data management.
• Integrate OpenAI technologies to enhance product offerings and improve user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development and deployment.
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the engineering team to improve project delivery timelines.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 7-10 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in building scalable applications using NodeJS and managing databases with PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, to drive innovation in product development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices in a collaborative environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies to enhance application scalability.
• Experience in the insurance or fintech industries, particularly in roles focused on environmental solutions.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
