What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain backend systems using TypeScript and Python to support cutting-edge AI functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable machine learning models.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance and reliability while adhering to best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage in troubleshooting and debugging processes to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 0-2 years of experience in backend development or machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with a solid understanding of software development principles.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly those related to personal intelligence applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $150K–$150K, with equity options ranging from 0.3% to 0.8%. This company offers a competitive compensation package and is committed to fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
