What You Will Do
- Develop and optimize GPU kernels to achieve high-speed processing for machine learning applications.
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to design and implement infrastructure solutions that enhance product performance.
- Utilize Python, C/C++, and Rust to create robust applications and tools that support various engineering functions.
- Leverage AWS for scalable cloud solutions, ensuring reliability and efficiency in deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
- Engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve technical challenges swiftly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 0–6 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and Rust, with a solid understanding of their applications in machine learning and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing high-performance systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Experience with CUDA programming for GPU development.
- Exposure to AI or machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
Compensation and Benefits
