What You Will Do
- Develop and optimize machine learning models using PyTorch to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Write efficient and maintainable code in C++ and Python to support machine learning applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Analyze model performance and implement improvements based on quantitative metrics.
- Assist in deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and mentorship within a growing team of engineers.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in PyTorch and experience with C/C++ programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data structures.
Preferred
- Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks relevant to AI development.
- Previous work in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
