What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute member engagement and retention strategies
  • Create personalized campaigns that drive product adoption and loyalty
  • Manage marketing automation, audience segmentation, and targeted communications
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize member journeys
  • Collaborate across teams to support marketing initiatives and member communications

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Preferred: Financial services experience, Alkami/Segmint knowledge, and AI tool experience

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work schedule available for eligible employees
  • In-office presence required Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Collaborative, fast-paced team environment
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. and event support
