Your role in our mission

Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important key areas.

  • Produce and mail initial and replacement plastic Benefit Identification Cards to enrolled Medi-Cal members
  • Complete assignments and work products on schedule with quality results.
  • Log, report and securely destroy undeliverable cards
  • Handle confidential data according to policy and guidelines
  • Perform normal equipment maintenance functions on all machines, and initiate fixes where appropriate
  • Perform daily quality inspections and monitor production to ensure accuracy and compliance with job specifications
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Ability to work in a secure high-volume production environment.
  • Experience using automated inserting equipment, PC experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) are strongly desired.
  • Some card production experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to operate Entrust MX6100 card production machines. Including loading materials, downloading program files, adjusting machine and ensuring proper operation.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of team.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machine problems and adjust as needed to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

  • 100% on-site / 11135 Trade Center Drive Suite 100, Rancho Cordova CA 95670
  • Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • Physical Demands
    • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Standing/walking required for majority of shift

The pay range for this position is $32,600.00 - $46,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
