Who you are:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Member Loyalty Team as Licensed Member Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for taking customers through the post-enrollment journey, answering both inbound and outbound customer service calls fluidly, handling a high volume of calls, cross-selling additional products, and providing exceptional support to enhance member satisfaction and retention at eHealth.
This is a contract role that will go through a third party vendor with an anticipated end date of December 8, 2026.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
