The Melt-Cast Shift Supervisor is a key member of the leadership team who models Nucor’s culture and leads safe, efficient operations. This role is responsible for developing teammates, overseeing production and maintenance activities, managing projects, handling administrative duties, and ensuring clear communication across the shift. The position requires a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
