
This position will be required to train on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) for approximately 1 month, then switch to 2nd shift.
As an integral member of our production team, the Meltblown Laminator ensures our products are expertly processed to meet customer specifications. You will help set up, load, and operate heavy-duty machinery, closely monitoring the quality of the products throughout the lamination process. Collaborating with the lead operator and quality assurance team, you'll track production orders, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure smooth, efficient operations. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
