What You'll Do
As a Service Team Member, you'll be the face of Meijer and play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience. Your responsibilities may include:
Delivering friendly, human-centered customer service
Assisting customers at checkout and the Service Desk
Processing returns and resolving customer concerns
Supporting self-checkout and front-end operations
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment
Collecting carts and assisting customers with carry-outs
Working as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly
