What You'll Do:

• Manage Clients Travel needs – Knowledge of Amadeus is a must

· Experience in managing sponsorships requirements is a plus.

· Work very closely with Congress partners in order to satisfy client requirements such as Congress inscriptions.

· Manage individual requests such as Group Meals, Travel or Accommodation requirements

• Act as the first point of contact for client queries

• Manage day to day project activities

• Manage and prioritize responses of event mailbox on a daily basis

• Collating data and building excel reporting templates

• Produce, review, monitor and action event related documentation, ensuring that appropriate records are maintained correctly

• Drafting and editing of delegate communications, including invitations and joining instructions

• Ensuring the customer experience is a success, delivery of the event is seamless and exceeds the client’s expectations

• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a calm and composed manner

• Be able to multitask and prioritize to manage all client and internal expectations in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate effectively with the other teams members dedicated to other specific tasks

• Participate in post-event debriefs (both internal and client) employing a critical eye and ensuring continuous improvement and sharing best practice across all involved

• Manage the post event administrative process, when required.

• Ensure an excellent level of customer service and to anticipate client requirements
