YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures the effective execution of the Meeting Place income and offer strategy in line with the Center strategy and Operational Development Manager (ODM) direction. Secures alignment within the MP team to deliver the commercial and experiential components of the offer that support overall business goals.
  • Maintains strong day to day relationships with partners, closely following their commercial and operational performance and providing relevant feedback to maximize outcomes. Supports partners with relocations, re clustering, and active involvement in Meeting Place initiatives throughout the year.
  • Plans, negotiates, and executes leasing and non leasing agreements while developing and implementing commercialisation activities that grow revenue streams. Identifies, secures, and nurtures new and existing partners—including pop ups, media, specialty leasing, and brand activations—to strengthen Meeting Place income.
  • Collaborates with Leasing, Sales, IKEA Retail, Marketing, and other stakeholders to build a compelling offer—covering Pop ups, Leisure, F&B, events, seasonal content, and IKEA presence—that reflects customer needs and the defined customer journey. Ensures the Offer & Income Strategy aligns with long term leasing direction and Meeting Place uniqueness.
  • Supports customer attracting initiatives that increase visitation and sales, while also partnering with innovation teams and external collaborators to keep commercialisation activities technologically relevant. Promotes sustainability initiatives with partners and shares best practices and learnings to ensure continuous improvement across Meeting Places.

The Partner Relations and Sales Leader drives the partner relationships, and executing leasing and non‑leasing income strategies on MP level to optimize total revenue and partner success. The role identifies, develops, and maintains strong partnerships while ensuring operational excellence, commercialisation opportunities, and alignment of the offer and income strategy with customer needs and Meeting Place priorities.
