Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead the successful delivery of meetings, conferences, banquets and events.
• Lead and inspire the banquet team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure all events are executed smoothly, professionally and in line with Pullman brand standards.
• Work closely with Sales, Events, F&B and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure high standards of service, quality, safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in Meetings & Events, Banquets or F&B, preferably in a premium hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Hands-on mindset with a focus on service excellence and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Additional Information

• Ensures that all events run smoothly in accordance with the specifications validated by the Sales Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager and the customer
• Keeps all banquet area, banquet store and meeting rooms in good condition and well organized
• Applies the brand's quality standards (SOP)
• Leads and supervises the banquet team
• Required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, holidays and weekends. Regular off days can be moved if necessary
