Primary Function
Works with all levels of staff in advising, planning, executing and evaluating meeting arrangements for Standards division committee events and meetings as well as technical seminars. The coordinator’s responsibilities encompass proposal writing, budgeting responsibilities, expediting services and confirming goals and expectations are properly communicated and executed.

Travel is a required component of this position in order to execute the events.
Education & Experience:
As per the collective agreement, the starting bi-weekly pay rate for a a Meeting and Events Coordinator is $2823.64 CAD to $2961.66 CAD gross. CSA Group reserves the right to determine the appropriate level and pay step within the band, and this will depend on factors such as education, licenses, certifications and experience. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
