Meet & Greeter (Freelance) – Lisboa

GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a commitment to exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for a freelance Meet & Greeter to welcome guests at our properties in Lisbon and assist our Operations team with various on-the-ground tasks.

What You’ll Do

• 🚪 Greet and check in guests at our properties

• 🔑 Handle key pickups and drop-offs

• ✅ Conduct property quality checks

• 🤝 Coordinate with service providers

• 📦 Deliver items as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 🌐 Fluency in English and Portuguese

• 😃 Friendly and presentable, ideally with customer service or hospitality experience

• 🚗 Willingness to travel to various locations in Lisbon (own transport required; car/motorbike is a plus)

• 🔍 Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality

• 🛠️ Able to explain appliance and heating usage

• 💻 Comfortable using tools like Slack and internal systems (training provided)

• 🔧 Able to troubleshoot minor issues with appliances, heating, and hot water

• ⏰ Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM and midnight, every day of the week

Important

This role is perfect for freelancers or university students with a flexible schedule looking to earn extra income. Candidates must be registered as self-employed / auto-entrepreneurs to issue monthly invoices for their services.
