Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome passengers upon arrival at the helipad or terminal and provide a professional first point of contact.

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures and verify booking details.

• Coordinate passenger flow to ensure timely boarding and disembarkation.

• Provide passengers with safety brief information and general service guidance when required.

• Liaise with flight operations, ground staff, and security to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist passengers with baggage handling within permitted limits.

• Provide support to VIP guests and ensure a high level of customer service.

• Communicate any schedule changes or operational updates to passengers.

• Ensure passenger areas are organized, presentable, and compliant with safety standards.

• Support operational teams in maintaining an efficient and seamless shuttle service experience.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, aviation, or a related field (preferred).

Experience & Skills:

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation ground handling is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Good coordination and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in English & Arabic, any other Languages is an advantage.
