We are searching for the best talent for Professional Sales Representative – Neurovascular based in Seoul.
Purpose:
The Professional Sales Representative – Neurovascular is responsible for driving sales performance and delivering clinical value by building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals. This role focuses on promoting neurovascular solutions, supporting clinical needs, and contributing to improved patient outcomes within the assigned territory.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve objectives across hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Schedule appointments and deliver value-based product presentations to healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular field visits to gather market insights, monitor demand, and identify business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to support business planning
- Provide in-service training and product education to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for account management and channel execution
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and issue resolution
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 1–5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in a healthcare company
- Experience with medical devices in university hospital OR settings, especially in neurosurgery or radiology, is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of strong sales performance and KOL engagement
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Working-level English and fluent Korean communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel domestically (including regional areas such as Jeolla-do, etc.)
