Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana. Must be current in BLS. ACLS, PALS & NRP trained or obtained within one year from hire.
Experience: Two years of RN clinical experience preferred. Experience in a supervisory position is desirable.
Mental/Physical Effort: Requires close attention to detail and independent decision making. Requires alertness and skill. Makes management decisions in relation to patient care. Work is normally performed in a sitting or standing position. Requires occasional periods of physical exertion and stamina to work effectively under adverse conditions. Use of good body mechanics is used when lifting and transferring patients.
