This position reports to:

Sales Manager

Project Management

  • Lead medium-voltage projects end-to-end – planning, execution, supervision, and on-site commissioning
  • Develop work plans, track milestones, and manage schedules
  • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify deviations
  • Perform risk management and ensure timely issue escalation

Interfaces and Customers

  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers – updates, coordination, and expectation management
  • Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders – engineering, procurement, logistics, and service
  • Lead project meetings and prepare status reports

Work with Panel Manufacturers in Israel

  • Manage relationships with local panel manufacturers
  • Monitor design, production, and delivery of electrical panels
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements
  • Resolve production issues in real time

Work with ABB Factories Abroad

  • Coordinate with ABB factories – orders, production, delivery, and shipping
  • Understand and track technical requirements
  • Maintain ongoing communication in English
  • Handle gaps and non-conformities with the manufacturer

Technical and Quality Aspects

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Support Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) as needed

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Practical Electrical Engineer – mandatory
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management in the electrical/medium-voltage field – mandatory
  • Experience working with international manufacturers/suppliers – strong advantage

Professional Skills

  • Proven ability to manage all stages of a project
  • Ability to read and analyze electrical drawings
  • Knowledge of procurement and logistics processes in projects

Interpersonal Skills

  • Proactive approach, ability to work independently in a dynamic and multi-interface environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Languages and Systems

  • Hebrew – native level
  • English – high level (written and spoken) – mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel and project management systems – advantage
