As a Medium Sales Representative, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Stockholm. Together, our primary goal is to win, grow, and retain mid-sized customers in the Swedish market.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, takes pride in customer success, and wants to play a key role in reducing churn while unlocking new growth opportunities within an existing customer base.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
Own and manage a portfolio of medium-sized customers, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty
Proactively work with churn prevention by identifying risks early and acting before they become problems
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and become a true partner to your customers
Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling full Nexi sweet of products and solutions
Take initiative in identifying new opportunities within your portfolio and continuously increase customer value
Collaborate closely with your sales team and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience
Contribute to a high-performance culture, sharing insights and helping the team win greater market share in Sweden

Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, customer success or sales, preferably working with mid-sized clients
Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for customer care and retention
A proactive and self-driven mindset – you take ownership and make things happen
Experience working with retention, churn prevention, and/or growing existing customer accounts
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Bonus Skills:
Experience with cross-selling and upselling in a B2B environment
A strong commercial mindset with the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities
Previous experience working in a high-growth or high-performance sales environment
Curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo and try new approaches
