Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Builder with strong expertise in MEDITECH Expanse Advanced Clinicals to support a large-scale healthcare digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and configuring clinical workflows, order sets, and advanced clinical functionalities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise healthcare workflows and standards. The role involves participating in application testing, defect tracking, governance discussions, workflow optimization, and stakeholder coordination within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of clinical informatics, EHR implementations, healthcare operations, and enterprise-level healthcare systems, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills. Experience in areas such as provider documentation, order management, nursing documentation, medication workflows, and other clinical modules within MEDITECH Expanse will be highly preferred.
