Job Description

Classification: Contract

Contract Length: 12 months (with high likelihood of extension)

CereCore is seeking to hire a MEDITECH Expanse Analyst – PAPD to join our team remotely, with minimal travel (potentially one trip per year, based on business needs). The ideal candidate will have strong MEDITECH Expanse PAPD experience, with expertise in build, testing, and ongoing support of Perinatal applications. Experience in a Women’s or Children’s hospital environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced build, testing, and support for MEDITECH Expanse PAPD applications, ensuring optimized workflows for perinatal care.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and operational stakeholders to deliver efficient and user-friendly PAPD functionality.
  • Assimilate feedback from clients and actively drive process improvement and culture change as approved by leadership.
  • Use professional knowledge and system expertise to advise clients on best practices and optimal PAPD workflows.
  • Document and develop project deliverables for both internal and external utilization.
  • Provide peer-to-peer knowledge transfer, mentoring, and training within project teams.
  • Manage client communication to clarify timelines, risks/issues, commitments, and best practices.
  • Independently monitor and ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and project scope development by leveraging PAPD subject matter expertise.
  • Incorporate lessons learned into methodologies, driving continuous improvement.

Position Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with MEDITECH applications, with deep expertise in Expanse PAPD build, testing, and support.
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and optimize PAPD workflows for perinatal care teams.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate technical workflows into user-friendly guidance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a collaborative team.
  • Experience coaching peers and guiding technical/functional project deliverables.
  • Professional demeanor, adaptability, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, methods, and processes.
  • Respect for diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Women’s or Children’s hospital setting.
  • Prior experience with MEDITECH Expanse PAPD implementations or optimizations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Computer Science, Nursing, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced degree or clinical licensure (RN, NP, PA, MD) preferred.
