About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint /.NET Developer with strong cloud expertise to join an Agile development team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and modernizing SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions while supporting migration projects from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, technical leads, analysts, testers, cloud engineers, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

The environment primarily consists of a Microsoft technology stack running in cloud environments, with increasing use of serverless services and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and maintain SharePoint-based business applications.
• 
  Build applications using .NET (C#) and Microsoft Power Platform.
• 
  Participate in SharePoint migration projects from On-Premises (2016/2019) to SharePoint Online.
• 
  Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions.
• 
  Implement and maintain SharePoint environments.
• 
  Contribute to frontend and backend development.
• 
  Improve software development processes through automation and modern development practices.
• 
  Ensure application reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• 
  Work within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 
  Minimum 4 years' experience with NET development (C#)
• 
  Minimum 4 years' experience developing on SharePoint (On-Premises & SharePoint Online)
• 
  Minimum 3 years' experience implementing SharePoint environments.
• 
  Minimum 2 years' experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • 
    Power Apps
  • 
    Power Automate
  • 
    Power BI
• 
  Experience migrating SharePoint 2016/2019 environments to SharePoint Online.
• 
  Experience working in cloud environments including:
  • 
    AWS
  • 
    Azure
  • 
    Microsoft 365
• 
  Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design.
• 
  Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• 
  Excellent programming, testing, and debugging skills.
• 
  Relevant experience or certification in .NET development.
• 
  Native-level Dutch (CEFR C2) is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• 
  Minimum 3 years' frontend and backend development experience.
• 
  Experience with at least one testing framework.
• 
  Knowledge of UML and object-oriented analysis & design.
• 
  Experience with financial/case management systems.
• 
  Azure AI Development certification.
• 
  Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification.

Nice to Have

• 
  Experience working with geospatial (GIS/geodata) information within business applications.

Work Arrangement

• 
  Hybrid working.
• 
  Minimum 1 day per week at the main office.
• 
  Additional 1 day per week at a regional office.
• 
  Remaining days may be worked remotely.

Language Requirement

• Dutch (CEFR C2) – Mandatory.
