ABOUT THE JOB:

• As a Project Manager/Engineer you will be responsible or support in industrial projects and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
• You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
• You will be responsible for high-level stakeholder-management and managing all project controls.
• You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.
• The projects you will be involved in as a Project Manager comprise a variety of industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.

WHAT WE NEED:

• You have a Master's degree in Industrial or Civil engineering.
• You are eager and have ambition to support in the growth of our new office in Poland.
• You have minimal 2y experience as a project manager or engineer and have a proven record of leading or supporting industrial projects.
• With your outstanding peoplemanagement and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams.
• As a Project Manager/Engineer, you have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.
• You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus.
• You speak fluently Polish and English. Dutch and French are a plus.
• Having a construction permit or license is a plus.
