Medior ICT Business Analyst

Location: Brussels, Belgium – Hybrid
Duration: Multi-year assignment, subject to client approval
Level: Medior

We are looking for a Medior ICT Business Analyst to support senior consultants with analysis, design and validation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support workshops, interviews and validation sessions
• 
  Document processes, governance structures, application landscapes and service models
• 
  Collect and analyse relevant information and prepare capability assessments and presentations
• 
  Support the preparation of project deliverables and stakeholder consultations.
• 
  Process feedback and contribute to continuous project improvements.

Key Requirements

• 
  Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis and Process Mapping
• 
  Strong knowledge of BPMN, Data Collection and Documentation
• 
  Experience with Stakeholder Analysis and Workshop Facilitation
• 
  Strong PowerPoint storytelling and presentation skills.
• 
  Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
