To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a Senior Developer – Technical Analyst & Tech Lead In this role, you will combine hands-on development with technical analysis and potentially take on a coaching or leadership role within the team. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to translate functional needs into secure, scalable, and future-proof solutions tailored to the healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform technical analysis of existing and new IT applications
Translate functional business requirements into technical designs and solutions
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and IT tools
Integrate new software into existing application ecosystems
Develop and maintain C# services and API integrations
Support and/or lead technical migrations (applications, domains, infrastructure)
Contribute to application performance, security, and scalability improvements
Actively participate in shaping a future-oriented IT architecture
Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members (when applicable)
Collaborate within project environments and contribute to project delivery
