Medior C++ Software Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize technically complex applications in a C++ and Linux-based environment. The role focuses on reliable, high-performance, and maintainable software within a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software components.
• Work with existing complex software, systems, and technical documentation.
• Develop and optimize applications using C++ and Linux.
• Apply modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Contribute to software releases, versioning, and quality improvements.
• Collaborate within an Agile development environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with C++.
• Strong experience with Linux, Git, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to code, test, debug, and maintain software efficiently.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Python, SIP, 3GPP/MCX, or telecom/dispatching systems is an advantage.
• Experience with mission-critical systems or R&D environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of software release and versioning processes.
• Dutch: CEFR C2/native-level proficiency.
