Yourworkcaninclude:

• Maintaining and improving applications builtmainly with Python/Django;

• Reviewing and improving existing codebases, including applications that may have been built indifferent waysovertime;

• Solving technical issues related to architecture, dependencies,librariesand outdatedsoftware;

• Performing or following up on automated software and securityscans;

• Updating libraries, frameworks and dependencieswhereneeded;

• Addressing security and compliance findings quickly andeffectively;

• Contributing to technical refactoring and, where needed, more fundamental rewrites of parts of thecodebase;

• Working closely withfrontenddevelopers, designers, productownersand otherengineers;

• Helping the team deliver reliable,scalableand high-quality digital products.

Some days you may focus on improving architecture or updating a library.Otherdays you may work on new functionality or respond quickly to a security or compliance issue. In this role, it is important that you enjoy both building andmaintainingsoftware.
