Tražimo Medior analitičara koji će se pridružiti našoj Direkciji za integrisano upravljanje rizicima i razvijati svoju ekspertizu prvenstveno u oblasti ICAAP-a, upravljanja kapitalom, Risk Appetite Framework-a, portfolio limita i stres testiranja.
Ovo nije klasična regulatorna ili izveštajna pozicija. Bićeš u prilici da povezuješ rizike, kapital, portfolio, poslovnu strategiju i stres scenarije, analiziraš njihove međusobne uticaje i doprinosiš odlukama koje oblikuju profil rizika i otpornost Banke. Dodatno, kao deo šireg Enterprise-wide Risk Management okvira, bićeš uključen/a i u određene aktivnosti iz Recovery & Resolution oblasti, posebno tamo gde postoji prirodna povezanost sa kapitalom, stres testiranjem i Risk Appetite Framework-om.
Prethodno iskustvo sa svim navedenim nije uslov. Važnije nam je da imaš snažnu analitičku osnovu, radoznalost i želju da razviješ širu Enterprise-wide perspektivu upravljanja rizicima
