Your Role:

· Help seniors choose the right Medicare Supplement plan with confidence

· Work a consistent flow of pre-screened, high-intent leads

· Build client trust through strong follow-up and expert guidance

· Consistently hit sales goals and grow your book of business

· Stay current on carrier updates, compliance, and product changes

· Licensed Medicare Supplement agents only (Advantage experience a plus)

· Proven closers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-lead environment

Experience:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience preparing and processing Medicare Supplements

· Active Health Insurance License required.

· Ability to reliably commute to or work from our Boca Raton, FL (33432) office location.
