Achieve sales goals by assisting vendor call center by enrolling and new to blue members and retaining current members
Account management of all aspects of dedicated call center vendor
Advanced knowledge of call center operations
The individual sales consultant is responsible for marketing and selling Blue Cross Blue Shield Michigan and Blue Care Network’s Individual business products, driving sales growth while ensuring retention. Responsible for planning, strategizing, benefit consulting and administration to increase individual and/or Medicare agent/broker written business within a specific geographic region. Accountable for developing relationships with agent clients, providing sales support and necessary training to agents to support retention and growth in the agent channel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
PAY RANGE: Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate's skills and professional experience, geographic location, market, and other potential factors. It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for this role is between $54,000 and $90,500.
